Andrine Mendez
Head of Growth Marketing, Cora Systems
I'm a B2B growth marketer and seven-time founder — one clean exit — currently leading growth marketing at Cora Systems, where I own full-funnel demand generation across US and EU markets.
My path here wasn't linear. I built and exited a 25-person integrated marketing agency, launched an FMCG food brand and built a 20-person sales team, tried and failed at more than a few things, and built a startup community of 2,000 people across three cities in India.
I also teach — lecturing on marketing and sales at Independent College and through apprenticeship programs across Ireland and the UK — and speak on entrepreneurship and growth marketing at events like Web Summit and TEDx.
What ties it together: I don't hand off strategy and wait for someone else to build it. Whether that's an AI-powered lead-gen tool at Cora, a brand identity for an FMCG launch, or a course module for Level 6 students, I build the thing myself and learn by doing it.

Senior Marketing Roles
CMO, VP Marketing, or Head of Marketing/Demand Gen at ambitious companies scaling in the US or EU — ideally with full-funnel ownership, a team to build or lead, and a seat at the table with sales, leadership, and the board.
Entrepreneur in Residence
Working alongside founders on the decisions I've made — and gotten wrong — across seven ventures: fundraising, positioning, and knowing when a business is actually ready to scale.
Teaching, Part-Time or Visiting
Marketing and entrepreneurship, currently at Level 6 and Level 8 — looking to grow into Level 9 teaching, with a hands-on, real-world approach over pure theory.

How to Start a Business with Almost No Money draws on my founder journey — fundraising, failure, and everything in between. I've also published peer-reviewed research through ECIE (2023).
