Spend less time on admin. Spend less on the stuff you buy.
I find the repetitive jobs in your business and build simple tools that do them for you.
Tell me the task that eats your weekYou've seen what AI can do. But what can it do for you?
You've probably seen the fancy stuff: viral videos, and pictures of people sitting next to Donald Trump or posing with Lionel Messi who were never in the same room. It's impressive, and it's fun to watch.
But have you ever stopped to ask what AI could really do for your business? Not the party tricks. The everyday work: the quotes, the chasing, the comparing, the re-typing.
That's what I do. I find the jobs that eat your week and build simple tools that take them off your plate.
Sound familiar?
Writing the same quote for the tenth time this week
Chasing invoices instead of running the business
Answering the same customer questions all day
Sitting with four supplier websites, comparing prices by hand
Sorting out rotas and orders over WhatsApp
Typing the same details into three different systems
If you or your staff do the same task every day, there's a good chance it can be made automatic.
How it works
Pick a task that eats your time
Choose something you repeat regularly and write 3-4 sentences on how you do it now and what tools you use.
Book an in-person visit
I come to your business, see how things really run and agree what to build. The visit is paid, based on hours.
We build it together, on-site
I build the solution with you in the room, using AI, and set it up so you can manage it easily.
Everything is custom-built around your business, your tools and your limits. No templates, no one-size-fits-all software.
What this looks like
Stop overpaying your wholesalers
Independent shops often compare prices across several supplier websites before every order. I built a custom tool that compares Musgrave Marketplace, BWG and Savage & Whitten and shows what to buy where. It's an example of the kind of thing I build, designed around the business it's for.
More on the way for garages, butchers, salons and other local businesses.
How it's priced
From €120 an hour
plus travel expenses.
About 20 hours
to build my wholesaler price-comparison tool.
Around 6 hours a day
to compare prices by hand, and shops repeat it every week.
You pay for my time. That covers the in-person visit, building the solution and testing it until it works. Any AI subscriptions, hosting or other tools are set up on your own accounts and billed to you directly.
For example: my wholesaler price-comparison tool took about 20 hours to build. Comparing prices by hand normally takes around 6 hours a day, and shops repeat it every week. The tool does that work for you, and it keeps saving you money because you never miss a deal.
Who this is for
For
Independent businesses with fewer than 10 staff, run by owners who are busy and don't have time for tech projects.
Not for
Large companies, or long consulting projects that end in a slide deck. I build things you'll actually use.
Questions
What kind of tasks can you automate?
Anything repetitive that follows a pattern: writing quotes, chasing invoices, answering common customer questions, comparing supplier prices, sorting orders, or re-typing the same information into different systems. If you do it over and over, it’s worth a conversation.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. I’m not a software developer, I’m a solution architect. I work out what your business needs and use AI to build it. I explain everything in plain English and set the tool up so it’s easy for you to run.
Is this off-the-shelf software?
No. Every tool is custom-built around your business, your suppliers and the tools you already use. There’s no template and no monthly software fee to me.
How much does it cost?
From €120 an hour, plus travel expenses. That covers the in-person visit, building the solution and testing it. Any AI subscriptions, hosting or other tools are set up on your own accounts and billed to you directly.
What happens first?
You tell me about a task that eats your time, in 3-4 sentences. Then we book a paid in-person visit so I can see how things really run and agree what to build.
Who is this for?
Independent businesses with fewer than 10 staff, such as shops, garages, butchers and salons. If you’re a larger company, or you want a long consulting project, I’m probably not the right fit.
Tell me the task that eats your week
No pitch, no jargon. Just tell me what's taking your time and I'll reply personally.
I'll only use your details to reply to you.
