The problem
Most holiday-let bookings come through Airbnb and Booking.com, and the platforms keep a cut of every one. The guest books with them, not with you.
Then the messages start. Where's the key? What's the Wi-Fi? What is there to do nearby? You answer the same questions again and again, often late in the evening.
Check-in is the same story: details sent by hand, things chased, and something always forgotten.

You own it
You own what I build for you. Ongoing support is charged the same way, by the hour, but I build AI agents and bots to handle much of the day-to-day work, so very little outside maintenance should be needed.
Who this is for
Hosts and small property managers with fewer than 10 staff: holiday homes, guest houses, B&Bs and self-catering apartments. If you're a larger management company, or you want a long consulting project, I'm probably not the right fit.

Questions
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. I'm not a software developer, I'm a solution architect. I work out what your business needs and use AI to build it. I explain everything in plain English and set the tool up so it's easy for you to run.
Is this a software subscription?
No. It's a custom build made for your business. There's no monthly fee to me for the tool itself. You pay for my time, plus any tool or hosting costs on your own accounts.
How much does it cost?

Does it work with Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes. I connect the booking platforms to a single calendar using a property management system, and build your direct booking site on top of it.
What happens to my guests' personal details?
The solution is hosted on your own servers or in your own Supabase account, which only you can access. That means you own your guest data, as long as your privacy policy supports it.
How long does a build take?
It depends on what you pick. As a guide, the direct booking site took around 30 hours, including testing and connecting the property management system.
